29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer must provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. Employers must ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017; Fielding New Equipment Bldg., 1710 Lee Road: On or about June 7th, 2019, the employer did not provide fall protection training where an employee fell about 5 feet off the back of a PLS truck while assisting a crane operator in efforts to the vehicle into a transportation mode. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
