29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Intersection of Parkway Drive/Merritts Avenue NE: On or about June 6, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that training was not provided for the recognition and control of hazards associated with traffic control activities at a construction site.
