29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) are not kept free and unobstructed: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and entrapment hazards as demonstrated on or about June 5, 2019, in the back stockroom, where employees move and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that egress routes are kept clear of merchandise, boxes of product, and U-boats.
