29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a) Apprentice Gallery Building 5: On or about 06/03/2019, a Max Universal 24-inch used in a production and training setting was not mounted to prevent walking, moving, tipping or other hazardous movement during machine operations. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
