29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to the items of this section: The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at 901 E. Highway 6 St., Imperial, Nebraska 69033 on June 3, 2019. The employer failed to ensure that the lockout procedures used by employees to service equipment were specific for locking out equipment and defined authorized and affected employees, including, but not limited to, but not limited to, the Semi Loadout Pumps and the Rail Unload Pump.
