29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 2nd Floor Lighting Service Panel - An employee accessing service panel 1-14 was exposed to electrical hazards from the supplies and equipment staged in-front of the panel, on or about May 28th, 2019. b) 2nd Floor Receptacle Service Panel - An employee accessing service panel 1-15 was exposed to electrical hazards from the supplies and equipment staged in-front of the panel, on or about May 28th, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
