29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. On or about May 23rd, 2019, at 4720 Portofino Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, the employer failed to instruct employees on the recognition and avoidance of fall related hazards prior to installing a new residential roof with a pitch of 4:12, at a height of 43 feet from ground level and not using a means of conventional fall protection system.
