29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: (a) On or about April 22, 2019 in the East section of the warehouse, where an employee operating a Deshazo 30-ton capacity overhead crane with remote control pendant was exposed to a crushed-by hazard in that the pendant was not clearly marked for identification of operational functions of the crane.
