29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) On May 3, 2019, employees were accessing the upper floors of the building by way of stairways that did not have a stairrail system along the unprotected side. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
