29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s): On or about May 1, 2019: a. In the fabrication area, located in the main shop on the south wall, north center of the building, where employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while using a Giddings & Lewis mill (GlobalTech Asset #120; SN 150-363-59) without a point of operation guard. b. In the fabrication area, located in the main shop on the south wall, east end, centerline of the building, where employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while using a Siemens brand MSteel MSC-TP700 press brake (GlobalTech Asset #136) without a point of operation guard. c. In the fabrication area, located in the main shop on the south wall of the building, where employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while using a OKK drill press (GlobalTech Asset #1156; MN MH5VJ; SN 787) without a point of operation guard. d. In the fabrication area, located in the main shop on the south wall of the building, where employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while using a Hercules 3/8 drill press (GlobalTech Asset #10) without a point of operation guard. e.
