29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about April 30, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the service shop a machine having a sprocket wheel and chain drive system which less than 7 feet from the floor was not properly enclosed. The employees were exposed to amputation hazard caused by the unguarded sprocket wheel and chain system.
