29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph: a. 406 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, NJ The employer did not ensure that authorized employees were provided powered industrial truck training. Employees engaged in warehousing activities in the production area and yard, operated a Komatsu, G-30 forklift and were not provided training. Violation occurred on or about April 24, 2019
