29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer did not ensure handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems were provided in accordance with 1910.28: (a) Tank Farm - On or about April 16, 2019, workers were exposed to a 9 foot fall from a set of metal stairs having 11 risers, which was not provided with a stair rail on its one open side. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
