29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) Work site was located at 605 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as extension cords in use energizing power tools on the 14th floor had damaged plugs and broken strain relief. Violation was observed on or about April 17th, 2019.
