29 CFR 1910.213(i)(1): Non-working portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded: On or about April 10, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Biro Model 3334 (SN:46495) Meat Saw to cut meat without adjusting the guard to cover the non-working portions of the blade. La Michoacana Meat Market was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(i)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365146, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on April 05, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2510 Pleasonton Rd. San Antonio, TX. 78221
