29 CFR 1926.65(e)(3)(i): General site workers engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which exposed or potentially exposed workers to hazardous substances and health hazards did not receive a minimum of 40 hours of instruction off the site, and a minimum of three days actual field experience under the direct supervision of a trained experienced supervisor: a) 136 Darling Ave, Bloomfield, NJ Three employees performed Fuel Oil #2 contaminated soil remediation. Two of the workers who entered the excavation did not have an initial 40 hours of instruction offsite in hazardous substance removal. Violation occurred on or around April 9, 2019
