29 CFR 1926.100(b): Helmets for the protection of employees against impact and penetration of falling and flying objects did not meet the specifications contained in American National Standards Institute Z89.1-1969, Safety Requirements for Industrial Head: On or about April 5, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees working at ground level on a job site, where gutters were being removed and replaced, had head protection on to protect them from old gutters and debris being thrown, knocked or dropped off of a roof above them.
