29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about April 3, 2019, at Stewart Construction, L.L.C, located at 1725 Destrehan Ave. Harvey, LA, the employer did not assure that all portable fire extinguishers are subjected to an annual maintenance check. Instance A By the trailer used as a painting booth, the portable fire extinguisher tag shows it was last inspected July 2014. Instance B At the mechanic shop, the portable fire extinguisher tag shows it was last inspected February 2018 Instance C At the mechanic shop by the oil tank, portable fire extinguisher tag was missing
