29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control boxes shall be constructed to prevent electrical shock and shall be clearly marked for identification of functions. (a) Deshazo 20 Ton Top Running Single Girder Crane - On or about April 02, 2019 the function labels on the pendant control station were not legible. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards because of the pendant functions not being identified on the pendant control.
