29 CFR 1926.850(a): Evidence in writing was not available that an engineering survey performed by a competent person had been performed prior to permitting employee(s) to start demolition operations: a) 3500 Industrial Road - Employees were exposed to collapse hazards from not having a written engineering survey performed before employees started demolition operation, on or about April 2, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
