29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Work site was located at 6900 Roustein Avenue, Unit 1, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a) Employees were exposed to fire/smoke inhalation hazards as the fire extinguisher on the south wall was obstructed preventing employees from readily accessing it in the event of a fire. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019. b) Employees were exposed to fire/smoke inhalation hazards as the fire extinguisher on the west wall was obstructed preventing employees from readily accessing it in the event of a fire. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019.
