29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On or about March 19, 2019 - 3011 Crystal Creek Drive, Hampton Cove, AL, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards when the employee was not required to use a hard hat or other protection while working in an excavation with large dirt clods and small rocks at the edge of the excavation.
