29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): The employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form: (a) Corporate Office - It was observed on or about April 30, 2019 during review of documents that the employer had submitted its calendar year 2018 OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses on April 16, 2019, 45 days past the March 2, 2019 date as required. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
