29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2) though (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job. On or about March 13, 2019, the employer did not ensure that a tailboard assessment of the hazards that could be encountered was conducted prior to starting electrical line repair work in Hereford, TX, exposing employees to the hazards of high voltage electrical shock.
