29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 03/13.2019, C.L. Smith Company dba Lyons Blow Molding, located at 8966 Latty Ave., Berkeley, MO, had not provided an eye wash station at or near the PITs (forklifts) battery charging and servicing area. It was reported that the PIT (forklift) operators check the battery fluid levels on a daily basis.
