29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) 2603 Newnan Road, Griffin, GA, Non-insulating vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating bucket truck- On or about March 7, 2019, the employer exposed an employee to electrical shock hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the 2-phase, 14,400 volt power lines were deenergized or insulated to prevent contact with the power lines when installing cable television wiring on a multi-purpose utility pole.
