29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized were not rendered inoperative, and did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: (a) National Guard Armory 1337 Highway 98 West, Columbia, MS 39429 - On or about February 27, 2019 the employer did not ensure circuit #28 was rendered inoperative and had a warning tags in places where the circuits could be energized, while an employee stripped circuit wires and connected light fixtures to the circuit, exposing employee to an electrical shock hazard.
