OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Location - 189 Vassar Street, Cambridge, MA. Fourth floor decking and ground level. On or about February 28, 2019, employees were exposed to crushing/struck by hazards when bundles/loads of construction material were placed on a carpet dolly that was not rated for the weight of bundle/load.
