29 CFR 1926.250(b)(8)(i): Used lumber did not have all nails withdrawn before stacking. Location - 189 Vasser Street, Cambridge, MA. Fourth floor deck. On or about February 28, 2019, employees were exposed to protruding nails where scrap wood was stowed in several locations on multiple floors.
