29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booths was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by such partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations. On or about 2/28/2019, at the Axle Department of Man Engines & Components Inc., 591 SW 13th Terrace, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, a workstation was placed adjacent to a spray booth, exposing employees working in the area to a fire hazard.
