29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about February 25, 2019, in the office of an establishment located at 315 W Ocean Boulevard in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 5 feet - 10 inches when performing paintwork from a mobile scaffold while the casters and wheels of the scaffold were not locked to prevent movement of the scaffold while being occupied.
