29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) On or about February 11, 2019 - 7049 Greenbrier Parkway NW, Madison, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when sufficient safe clearances were not maintained at the receiving dock, at the Polaris unloading area, and in the main aisle in the center of the warehouse.
