29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer failed to train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section: a) Shop; On or about February 2, 2019 the employer exposed employees to blood and other potentially infectious materials in that employees were required to clean up an area where a workplace amputation had occurred but had not been provided with training in Bloodborne Pathogens prior to occupational exposure as required by the standard.
