29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: a) On or about February 13, 2019, the belt and pulley drive on a Graco GH 2570 Gas Airless Sprayer engine were not guarded in order to prevent an employee from the contact with the moving parts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
