29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: On or about 2/11/2019, at the truck shop located at 110 Paradise Road, Athens, GA and the farmhouses located at 375 or 433 Sandy Cross Road, Lexington, GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on powered industrial trucks, field trucks and trailers, were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards, in that; they were not aware of gravitational energy sources or how to isolate the source.
