29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. On or about July 10, 2019, and times prior, the employer did not maintain walking-working platforms in a safe condition: a. The wooden platform on the east side by the Sodium Hypochlorite tanks; b. The wooden storage platform in the central eastern side of the warehouse with at least one broken 4" by 4" lumber footing.
