29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): Any ladder with structural or other defects was not immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced: a) Building Interior-warehouse: An employee was using an extension ladder that had damaged anti-slip safety shoes/feet and it was not tagged "Dangerous Do Not use" and it was not removed from service until repaired. On 1/16/2019, an employee sustained injuries to both of her feet, when she fell from a ladder that had damaged anti-slip safety shoes/feet and it was not tagged "Dangerous Do Not Use".
