29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about January 15, 2019, in the combustor cell area, located at 3373 NW 107th Street, Miami, Florida 33167, the 42" Bullard, vertical turret lathe did not have a guard around the point of operation, exposing the employee to lacerations and broken bones.
