29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees who setup and maintain Mill #3 were trained in the skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls. Employees who maintained and setup the sizing section and cutting blade were not trained to isolate and/or render energy sources safe.
