29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. a) Building 247, Section 1D: On or about 01/16/2019, the cover plate to a 120-volts mounted light switch was pulled away from its enclosure as a result exposed subcontractor employees to live conductors. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
