29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) 5439 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that guardrails where installed along all open sides and ends of the pump jack scaffold platforms thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was documented to occur on or about January 9, 2019.
