29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: The employer is failing to provide an appropriate form of fall protection to protect employees from fall hazards while performing framing activities. This was most evident during an inspection conducted on January 10, 2019 on the jobsite located at 8410 Fremont St, Lincoln, NE 68507. Employees were framing a new apartment building and utilizing a personal fall arresting system that does not prevent employees from free falling more than six feet.
