29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): Each employee was not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to injury. a) 3570 Knollwood Dr., Atlanta GA, Trailer Dump Truck: On or about December 28, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall from height (approximately 8 feet and 9 inches), in that an adequate training program was not provided to employees so that they could recognize fall hazards and follow procedures to minimize them before being expected to perform tree and debris removal tasks.
