29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: a) 908 Belmont St., Springfield, MA: On or about December 31, 2018, two employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold, more than 20 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
