OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about January 2, 2019, employees were exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards while using a vacuum truck to extract production water from water tank batteries on a gas well production site where the potential for ignition of flammable liquids/vapors from static electricity differential existed.
