29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart. a. On or about December 29, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide adequate firefighting equipment while performing roofing operations in the presence of highly flammable materials, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fires.
