29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 12/19/2018, at the planer mill equipment located at 5863 Washington Road, Appling, GA: Where employees performed servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, banding/strapper equipment line. The employer failed to conduct periodic inspection of their written energy control procedures at least annually to protect the authorized employees from a caught-in and amputation hazards.
