29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: (a) Facility, 650 Trumbull Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about December 18, 2018 employees who are authorized to perform servicing and maintenance had not been trained on the specific lockout procedures to ensure they were able to recognize all applicable energy sources and methods necessary to isolate those sources.
