29 CFR 1915.12(e): The employer neither established a shipyard rescue team nor arranged for an outside rescue team to respond promptly to a request for rescue service. (a) Port of Toledo - F/V Pegasus - On or about November 14th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, JAG Industrial and Marine Services exposed its employees to hazards associated with work in confined spaces on the F/V Pegasus without a rescue service to render immediate assistance in the event of an emergency.
