29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On foyer above front door at 2170 Mitchell Road, Marietta, Lot 44 - On or about 12/06/2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11 feet and 10 inches (11' 10") in that employees were using ladder for purpose other than the purpose for which it was designed and as platform for drywall finishing on foyer above front door around the window.
